| ***2010 is the 4th year of the annual citywide NYC School Survey! Watch for your Green envelope! Parents, students & teachers will be able to fill out the survey on-line in all the available languages. Participation runs through April 23rd. THE SURVEY COUNTS!! Be heard! It's your school, and your response counts as 10% of the total Progress Report grade for each school! Let's get an "A"!
***Parent/Teacher conferences will begin on the evening of Thursday, March 18th, 6:00-8:30 PM. Don't forget to come early for the International Food Fest from 5:00-6:30. On Friday, March 19th from 1:00-3:00 PM, conferences resume. Students will have a shortened schedule on that Friday. Periods 1,2,9 & 10 only. ***Tired of waiting for your child to tell you "what's going on at Cardozo"? Missing important information? Cardozo is now in the process of compiling a master e-mail list for parents. See the link on our home page & sign up! Get your messages & important information on-line! ***Through a new NYCDOE collaboration with The College Board, Juniors will now have free access to The Official SAT Online Course, to help ensure that he or she is better prepared for the SAT. Students will be given personal access codes through the College Office. ***If you have not logged on to the ARIS Parent Link, you will have an opportunity during conference times to get your password and learn the basics in our computer room. ARIS gives parents a wealth of information about their child’s progress, and what each individual needs for promotion. Absences, grades & programs are easy to access on ARIS. Available in 12 languages, the ARIS link is a tool for all parents. Get logged on today. ***Parents of Juniors! Mark your calendars for the Junior Parent Orientation on Tuesday evening, March 23rd, from 6:30-9:00 PM. ***Need some activities for the Spring Recess???
