As your Parent Coordinator, I will work along with the Principal and other school staff to insure that the issues that affect you and your children are addressed.
Hello Parents,

This page was created as a means of keeping you up to date concerning issues affecting your children. "When one parent speaks schools listen. When 700 parents speak schools begin to change". Updated May, 2008

Welcome to Benjamin N. Cardozo High School!

As you all are aware, the Dept. of Education has made so many changes. These changes affect our schools, and ultimately affect your children. That's why it's so important to attend the monthly PA meetings. This is where important information is passed along to you by our Principal, PA Co-Presidents, and myself. Please make every attempt to come each month.

This year's NYC 2007/2008 FAMILY GUIDE provides parents with valuable information such as "PARENTS' RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES" as well as other parental guidance.

Wrapping Up the School Year!
The end of the school year brings the expected joy at finishing another year, and perhaps some sadness at leaving behind a year filled with great experiences, teachers, and friends. Consider that this may be a bittersweet time for your child and help him celebrate as you ease any anxiety associated with the end-of-school days.
I would like to take this time to send my sincere thanks to all of you. I look forward to Giardino's in June as well as working with all or most of you again in the fall. For those of you ending this journey at Cardozo, I wish you and your child much success and happiness on the road ahead.

If you have any questions please feel free to call or stop by my office in room 123 (Program Office).
